1.2. You must provide valid identification and other documents requested for verification purposes.
1.3. The loan provided is subject to your creditworthiness, KYC verification, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.<\/p>\n
2.1. The Company provides loans services, including but not limited to personal loans, business loans, and other financial products (“Loan”).
2.2. Loan approval, tenure, and interest rates are subject to our internal credit policies, RBI regulations, Concern bank credit policies and the information provided by you.<\/p>\n
3.1. You must create an account on the Website to apply for a loan.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3. Any activities performed using your account will be deemed to be performed by you.<\/p>\n
4.1. Loan applications are subject to approval based on Banks internal assessments.
4.2. The disbursal of the loan amount from banks will be made to your registered bank account within 24 hrs of approval.
4.3. The loan agreement signed digitally or physically will bind both parties under Indian law.<\/p>\n
5.1. The applicable interest rate and processing fees will be disclosed in the loan agreement.
5.2. Late repayment will attract additional interest or penalties as specified in the agreement.
5.3. EMI payments should be made on or before the due date to avoid penalties.
5.4. Pre-payment or foreclosure is allowed, subject to pre-closure charges, if any, specified in the loan agreement.
5.5. You agree that any Service Fees paid by you to us are non-refundable whether or not you borrow or for any reason.<\/p>\n
6.1. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
6.2. You agree to use the loan only for legitimate and legal purposes.
6.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity in your account.<\/p>\n
